Shipping Policy

1. TURNAROUND TIME

All orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time printing is complete, Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm. Holidays and inclement weather may affect this turnaround time, and we will do our best to communicate this information to you as quickly as possible.

2. CARRIERS

Method of shipment is chosen at Fare Print's discretion based on a number of factors such as the region, weight, and priority of the order. A specific carrier can also be chosen at time of checkout and Fare Print will provide its best effort to display accurate cost estimates for every order. However, due to the size and weight restrictions of some carriers, Fare Print reserves the right to ultimately choose the carrier in the event of any gross miscalculations in the original estimated cost or issues with the availability of that carrier to the destination region. We will of course do our best to communicate any changes or issues with the chosen carrier to you as quickly as possible.

3. ORDER TRACKING

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

4. SHIPPING RATES

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to. Alternatively we offer free local pickup during normal office hours, or for a small fee will deliver your order to your address within the Metro Atlanta area.
